
A few words about
relationships...by Judy Munroe
I
love coaching people and great marketing! The main
reason I created my own business was because I
witnessed business owners struggle with the most
important task of getting a business to
grow…marketing. As a fellow business owner, I
realize that it’s challenging at times to step out
of the business to work on the business. I have
heard time and time again from business owners that
there is little to no time to create good marketing
processes. I saw the need and I’ve been filling it
continually since then.
The
entire process is exciting to me…from seeing the
relief on a client’s face in finding someone with
expertise to implementation to seeing the great
results. Everyone wins…the owners, the employees,
and the clients.
Marketing From
the Inside Out:
In
order to be successful, you must do a complete job.
And this includes all the internal processes first
and foremost. Everything is marketing! Marketing
must come from the inside out by changing its
foundation…then all the marketing outside flows
naturally.
This was my philosophy years ago and it remains true
today. People tend to associate marketing solely
with advertising. I have even taken business
management courses that push this concept. But
there’s so much more to marketing.
Most important to me in this context are
relationships. The relationships we build with our
clients, employees, and partners are the single most
important aspect of a marketing strategy. When you
start and lead with that foundation, everything
after falls into place.
Experience from
employee to owner:
Over the past 15 years, I have been fortunate enough
to be in a number of small business roles. I’ve
faced the challenges that you and your team are
facing everyday. I have witnessed poorly run
operations where employees sabotaged a business and
I have seen wonderful operations that, for time
constraints, have to turn away business!
These businesses were run by people, a business’s
most important aspect. I believe that the most
powerful thing you can do for your employees is to
empower them in their own unique way and acknowledge
them for being there. The training and consulting
that I will teach you reflects the past 15 years
experience I have had from the experiences I have
acquired.
More than a
business to me:
I’m
one of the luckiest people in the world doing what I
love to do. This business is about changing
peoples’ lives from the owner to the employees to
the clients they touch on a daily basis. Everything
I teach and implement is designed to create
marketing systems that are consistent with a growing
business along with the overall values and beliefs
of the owner. Can you imagine a more enriching job
than that?
A few personal
things about me:
I
grew up in Atlanta, GA and graduated from the
University of Georgia in 1984. I had a vision at
that age of becoming a social worker and working
with troubled teenagers. I changed my career path
in 1992 when I found a passion for healthcare and
began working in an office that allowed me to grow
and learn.
I
have two wonderful teenage boys that are my number
priority in life. There is nothing more important
to me than my family and friends. I look forward to
working with you as I find that my clients typically
become friends.
